1. Applicability

These terms apply to all individuals who register for or attend LinkUp events.

2. Eligibility

Attendees must meet the legal age requirements applicable to the event or venue.

3. Tickets and registration
Tickets are personal and non-transferable
Purchase confirms your intent to attend and agreement to these terms
LinkUp reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual at its discretion
4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Community conduct

LinkUp is built on curated, high-quality interactions. By attending, you agree to:

Treat all attendees with respect
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour
Not engage in conduct that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome
Follow the same standards in WhatsApp groups or community spaces

Violations may result in:

Immediate removal from the event
Permanent ban from the community
Forfeiture of any refund

All decisions made by LinkUp in such cases are final and not subject to dispute.

6. Photography and content

Events may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to appearing in content used for marketing and social media, subject to the opt-out process outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

LinkUp is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft occurring at or around events
Attendees participate at their own risk
LinkUp is not responsible for actions of third parties, including venues or other attendees
8. Force majeure

LinkUp is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, government restrictions, or venue issues.

9. Changes to events

LinkUp reserves the right to modify event details including venue, schedule, or format if necessary.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Terms and Conditions:

– You need to *report 15 mins before your reserved session time.* If delayed, you shall be placed for the next available slot after your arrival.
– Incase of delays due to unforeseen circumstances due to rain/track work, we shall adjust your session to the earliest available slot.
– On reaching the track, *you are required to go to the reception and re-confirm your appointment*
– Our venue is under renovation due to which Parking facility isnt fully functional. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and *recommend using the paid parking at the IMAX theatre.*
– *Helmets are compulsory*, we provide helmets of standard sizes at the venue, anything beyond those sizes; the participants are expected to get their own full face helmets. If a participant is wearing a turban, we request them wear ones that can fit comfortably inside a full faced helmet.
– *Full-Length Pants is the recommended* clothing advised to be worn to the track.
– *Loose Clothing (e.g. Burkha / Kurta / Saree / Scarf / Frock) are NOT ALLOWED* due to safety reasons.
– *Closed Shoes (e.g. Keds / Sports Shoes / Formal Shoes) are Mandatory.*
