2. Eligibility
Attendees must meet the legal age requirements applicable to the event or venue.
3. Tickets and Registration
* Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
* Purchasing a ticket confirms your intention to attend and your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
* Tickets obtained through unauthorised resale, fraudulent means, or in violation of these Terms may be cancelled without refund.
* LinkUp reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee at its sole discretion.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the LinkUp Refund Policy.
5. Community Conduct
LinkUp is built around respectful, inclusive, and high-quality community experiences.
By attending a LinkUp event or participating in any LinkUp online community, including WhatsApp groups and other digital platforms, you agree to:
* Treat all attendees with respect.
* Avoid harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or disruptive conduct.
* Refrain from behaviour that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome.
* Follow all instructions provided by LinkUp staff and venue personnel.
Violations may result in:
* Immediate removal from the event.
* Permanent removal from LinkUp communities.
* Forfeiture of any refund.
All decisions made by LinkUp regarding community conduct are final.
6. Photography and Content
Events may be photographed or recorded.
By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, subject to the opt-out process described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
* Attendees participate at their own risk.
* LinkUp shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, delay, inconvenience, or other claims arising from participation in an event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
* LinkUp is not responsible for the actions of venues, vendors, sponsors, service providers, or other attendees.
8. Health and Safety
Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety while participating in LinkUp events and must comply with all safety instructions provided by LinkUp staff and venue personnel.
9. Force Majeure
LinkUp shall not be responsible for delays, modifications, postponements, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, strikes, or venue-related issues.
10. Changes to Events
LinkUp reserves the right to modify event details, including the venue, schedule, speakers, activities, or format, where reasonably necessary due to operational, safety, legal, or unforeseen circumstances.
11. Intellectual Property
All LinkUp logos, branding, website content, graphics, event materials, and other intellectual property are owned by LinkUp Communities Private Limited unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
12. Website Disclaimer
While LinkUp makes reasonable efforts to keep information on its website accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, or free from errors.
13. Changes to These Terms
LinkUp reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website. Continued use of our services or attendance at events after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
